The required amount of calcium depends on your surgery. According to international guidelines from scientific societies (ASMBS and IFSO), we recommend taking at least 1,200 - 1,500 mg per day. Take 1 Supreme capsule per day, preferably before or during the evening meal. Swallow the capsule with a sip of water or other sugar-free drink. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Supreme chewable tablets

Take 1 Supreme chewable tablet per day and 1 Ferro Vital iron tablet daily, preferably before or during the evening meal. The Supreme chewable tablet can be taken at the same time as your Ferro Vital tablet. Ferro Vital iron tablets are provided free with the purchase of Supreme chewable tablets. Use only as advised by your healthcare provider. Excessive use may have a laxative effect. If you are taking medications, be sure to read the package inserts. In case of overdose, consult your doctor.

If you happen to forget to take your Supreme product and/or Ferro Vital tablet for a day, it is not a big concern as long as it doesn’t happen frequently. You can continue taking your Supreme product and/or Ferro Vital tablets as usual without needing to make up for the missed dose or take extra.
