Dietary supplements are no substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The recommended daily allowance of some vitamins and minerals is exceeded in this dietary supplement.

Ingredients: Vitamins, minerals, vegetable capsule (hypromellose), choline, stabiliser (calcium stearate), colouring agent (E172). The product contains no added lactose, gluten, flavourings or fragrances.

Elan's Believe capsules are halal certified. 

Storage advice: Store below 25°C and in a dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. 

Recommended dose: 1 Believe capsule per day, preferably to be taken before or during the evening meal. Take the capsule with a sip of water or other sugar-free drink. Should you have any problems taking the Believe capsules, for practical tips to make taking the Believe capsules easier, see the 'Storage and intake' section in the 'advice' menu of the Elan Products website. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Only to be used on the advice of your practitioner. When taking medication, read the leaflets carefully. In case of overdose, consult your doctor.

In the unlikely event that you forget to take your Believe capsule one day, this is not a serious problem, as long as it does not happen too often. You can then continue taking your Believe capsules as usual and do not need to make up or take extra doses.  

Important: If you also take the Calcium Vital tablets or Calcium Chew chewable tablets, take these at a different time from the Believe capsule. There should be at least 2 hours between taking the Calcium Vital swallow tablet or Calcium Chew chewable tablet and the Believe capsule, so that your body has sufficient time to absorb the iron properly.
