Add a product to the basket
Do you know which product you want to order? By default, we have selected one pack for you. Would you rather order several packs and thus benefit from an extra discount? Then you can change the number of packs by clicking on the plus sign behind the price of the pack. Once you have selected the number of packs of your choice, then click on the 'add to cart' button. The product will appear at the top right of your shopping basket. Prices quoted include VAT.
How does the shopping basket work?
The shopping basket shows the overview of your order. Are you satisfied? Then click the 'complete order' button. Do you want to change the shopping basket? Then click on 'Update cart'. This allows you to add and remove products. Related products are also shown in the shopping trolley. If you wish, you can add them to the shopping cart by selecting the product and clicking on the 'Add to cart' button. If you are satisfied with the contents, click 'complete order'.
Login
Have you previously ordered from Elan? Then click on 'log in or register'. Then enter your e-mail address and password and press 'log in'. This will take you to your Elan account, where your personal details and delivery address will be filled in automatically. Handy, because then you don't have to enter these details every time.
Register
As a new customer, you can create an account by registering or checkout as a guest. Would you like to register and create an account at Elan to benefit from the extra convenience when placing your next order? Then click on 'log in or register'. In the next menu, tick 'register' and then click 'continue'. Then enter your details and make up a unique password. When you complete your first order, your account will also be created and activated automatically.
Checkout as guest
If you do not wish to create an account with Elan, you can use the option to checkout as a guest. To checkout as a guest, first click on 'log in or register'. Then tick the option 'checkout as guest' and click 'continue'. Of course, we will still need your details to deliver your order to the correct address. However, no Elan account will be created for you after completing your order.

This screen contains your personal details and delivery address.
Step 2: Shipping method
Depending on the content of your order, the appropriate shipping method will be offered to you. Here you can also see whether your order will fit through your letterbox or whether you will receive a parcel from Elan. Elan will always ship your order free of charge.
Step 3: Payment methods
Choose your payment method here. Any additional costs of the payment methods will be displayed directly for your order.
Step 4: Confirmations
Is everything to your satisfaction? Check your order one last time and then finalise your order by clicking 'Buy'.
Always receive immediate confirmation
You will immediately receive confirmation of your order on your screen and by e-mail. The invoice will also be sent with the confirmation e-mail.
Use an action code
You can enter any action code in the shopping cart. Promotion codes are valid for a maximum of one order per household. Enter your action code in the language box and then click 'Apply'. We will immediately deduct the discount from the amount to be paid. If a code is not valid, a notification will be displayed.
