Dietary supplements are no substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The recommended daily allowance of some vitamins and minerals is exceeded in this dietary supplement.
Ingredients: Sweeteners (sorbitol, xylitol, sucralose), vitamins, minerals, anti-caking agent(fatty acids), stabiliser (magnesium salts of fatty acids), flavouring (strawberry), choline bitartrate. Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect. The product contains no added lactose, gluten or fragrances.
Elan's Believe chewable tablets and Ferro Vital tablets are halal-certified.
Storage advice: Store below 25°C and in a dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
Recommended dose: 1 Believe chewable tablet per day and 1 Ferro Vital iron tablet every day, preferably to be taken before or during the evening meal. You can take the chewable vitamin with fresh fruit flavour at the same time as your Ferro Vital swallowing tablet. When ordering Believe chewable tablets, Ferro Vital iron tablets are included free of charge. Only to be used on the advice of your practitioner. When taking medication, read the leaflets carefully. In case of overdose, consult your doctor.
In the unlikely event that you forget to take your Believe chewable tablet and/or your Ferro Vital tablet one day, this is not a big deal, as long as it does not happen too often. You can then continue taking your Believe chewable tablets and/or Ferro Vital tablets as usual and do not need to make up or take extra doses.
Important: If you also take the Calcium Vital swallow tablets or the Calcium Chew chew tablets, take these at a different time from the Believe chew tablet and your Ferro Vital swallow tablet. There should be at least 2 hours between taking the Calcium Vital swallow tablet or Calcium Chew chew tablet and your Believe chew tablet and your Ferro Vital swallow tablet, so that your body has enough time to absorb the iron properly.
