Calcium Vital contains calcium citrate, because this form of calcium is well absorbed by your body. Vitamin D3 has also been added to the Calcium Vital tablets because it increases calcium absorption in your bones. Calcium and vitamin D3 help give you strong bones and teeth.
Calcium is not included in Elan's WLS supplements (Compass, Believe and Supreme products) because calcium interferes with iron absorption.
IMPORTANT: If you also use Elan's Compass, Believe or Supreme products, do not take the Calcium Vital tablets at the same time as your Compass, Believe or Supreme products. There should be at least 2 hours between the intake of these supplements so that your body has enough time to absorb the iron properly.

Storage advice: Store below 25°C and in a dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
Recommended dose: 1-8 Calcium Vital tablets should be taken every day, preferably between meals or in the evening. Take the tablets with sufficient water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor for advice.
