The starting point of the Rapid Release Technology development process was that the Believe tablets should have a similar disintegration time as the Believe capsules, so that the vitamins and minerals would become available for absorption by your body just as quickly. This is obviously very important to avoid developing vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies after your sleeve gastrectomy. The Believe tablets are neutral in taste and smell, and their smaller size and smooth coating make the Believe tablets even easier to take than the Believe capsules.

The product contains no added lactose, gluten, flavourings or fragrances.
Ingredients Believe chewable tablets: Sweeteners (sorbitol, xylitol, sucralose), vitamins, minerals, anti-caking agent (fatty acids), stabiliser (magnesium salts of fatty acids), flavouring (strawberry), choline bitartrate. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect. The product contains no added lactose, gluten or flavourings.
Storage advice: Store below 25 ° C and in a dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
Recommended dose: 1 Believe capsule per day, preferably to be taken before or during the evening meal. Take the capsule with a sip of water or other sugar-free drink. In the unlikely event that you forget to take your Believe capsule, Believe tablet, Believe chewable and/or Ferro Vital tablet one day, this is no big deal, as long as it does not happen too often.
