Supreme tablets

The Supreme tablets are specially developed for people who have undergone mini gastric bypass (omega loop gastric bypass). With a mini gastric bypass, your stomach is reduced in size and part of the intestines are bypassed. This will allow you to eat less and your body to absorb fewer nutrients. Bariatric surgery is the start of a new life and a step towards a healthier lifestyle. After undergoing a mini gastric bypass, your body does not get enough nutrients to keep you feeling fit enough without additional supplements. The Supreme tablets ensure that you still get enough vitamins and minerals daily to supplement your diet after your mini gastric bypass.


RAPID RELEASE TECHNOLOGY
Elan's Supreme capsules have long been known for their excellent tolerability. Given the fact that after your mini gastric bypass (omega loop gastric bypass) you will need to continue to take a WLS/bariatric supplement on a daily basis for life in order not to develop vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies, we at Elan continue to work on a daily basis to optimise the tolerability of our products.

Elan is therefore proud to present the Supreme tablets with Rapid Release Technology. Over the past months, Elan's Research & Development (R&D) department has been working hard on the introduction of this innovative product and developing the Rapid Release Technology. The starting point of the Rapid Release Technology development process was that the Supreme tablets should have a similar disintegration time as the Supreme capsules, so that the vitamins and minerals would become available for absorption by your body just as quickly. This is obviously very important to avoid developing vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies after your mini gastric bypass (omega loop gastric bypass). The Supreme tablets are neutral in taste and smell and their smaller size and smooth coating make them even easier to swallow than the Supreme capsules.

Elan's Supreme tablets are a high-quality dietary supplement to meet your daily vitamin and mineral needs after mini gastric bypass. The dosage of the Supreme tablets is based on the latest scientific literature to meet your daily needs as accurately as possible and ensure the perfect individual adjustment. The ingredients in Supreme tablets are natural where possible and always easily absorbed by your body. The Supreme tablets have a neutral flavour and are easy to take due to their coating. 

Description: Multivitamins and minerals food supplement
Food supplements are no substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The recommended daily allowance of some vitamins and minerals is exceeded in this dietary supplement.

Ingredients: Minerals, vitamins, bulking agent (E460, E340(ii), E468), stabiliser (E470b, E464, E422), choline bitartrate, anti-caking agent (E341(iii), E553b), colouring agent (E172), glazing agent (E903). The product contains no added lactose, gluten, flavours or fragrances.

Elan's Supreme tablets are halal certified. 

Storage advice: Store below 25°C and in a dry place. Keep out of reach and sight of young children. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age. 

Recommended dose: 1 Supreme tablet per day, preferably to be taken before or during the evening meal. Use only on the advice of your practitioner. When taking medication, read the leaflets carefully. In case of overdose, consult your doctor.

In the unlikely event that you forget to take your Supreme tablet one day, this is not a serious problem, as long as it does not happen too often. You can then continue taking your Supreme tablets as usual and do not need to make up or take extra tablets.   

Important: If you also take the Calcium Vital swallow tablets or Calcium Chew chewable tablets, take these at a different time from your Supreme tablet. There should be at least 2 hours between taking the Calcium Vital swallow tablet or the Calcium Chew chewable tablet and the Supreme tablet so that your body has enough time to absorb the iron properly.
